Postcard of the month August 2021 is the Imperial Palace Tokyo

With a little delay, the postcard of the month for August 2021 is going to Japan.
This shows the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, at least the moat with a beautiful bridge and two swans. The photographer had a keen eye in composing the picture.
The shortlist was still the card from Sweden, Austria/Lichtenstein and Austria.

Perhaps it is because I am based in Germany that I am more attracted to exotic postcards.
But I want to be fair, there were also some really beautiful postcards of the month from Europe, such as Russia, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

I can’t help it, because I like to take photos myself, the composition of the picture simply attracts me. She wrote and described the picture very nicely and bought a special stamp, the Congratulatory stamp.
Everything went together.
