On March 2nd a postcard arrived from St. Petersburg, Russia.
A wonderful postcard with a close-up of a polar bear.
She wrote very nice lines.
The two stamps are just beautiful. They are candidates for Stamp of the Month. A very large postage stamp shows a snowy owl in flight. The other stamp has a brown bear as a motif.
The postcard covered 1,790 kilometers (1,112 miles) in 39 days.
